Change Log Maker

A change log maker, as shown in the title. It's a basic Python program that you can run in the terminal or in IDLE, so you need to have Python already installed to use it, so it really isn't worth it if you don't have it installed. It does all of the formatting for you to make things easier. This is not really meant for actual use, it's just me messing around in Python to learn it. I hope you use it anyway and find it helpful. Note: I want to turn it into an EXE, but pyinstaller won't work for me, so I won't be able to do that right now.
